Terms of Service
Official user agreements, marketplace asset licensing rules, and digital transaction policies.
Welcome to GTA6Scope. By accessing our web application, browsing our rumor databases, or engaging in commercial licensing transactions within our custom asset Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these formal Terms of Service.
1. Marketplace Digital Asset Licensing
When you execute a purchase transaction within the GTA6Scope Marketplace (covering items such as FiveM vehicle handling metas, Lua roleplay scripts, OBS stream overlays, or YouTube thumbnail templates), you are acquiring a non-exclusive, non-transferable digital commercial license.
- Permitted Use: You may fully deploy licensed assets across your personal Twitch/YouTube streams, content channels, and authorized multiplayer roleplay servers.
- Prohibited Resale: You are strictly forbidden from repackaging, sub-licensing, or directly reselling raw asset files or proprietary scripts to third parties on competing storefronts.
2. Digital Goods Refund Policy
Due to the immediate, non-retractable nature of digital file transfers and cryptographic key access upon checkout completion, all commercial transactions executed across the GTA6Scope Marketplace are governed by a strict digital goods policy.
⚠️ Refund Eligibility: Refunds are strictly limited to verified technical anomalies (e.g., corrupt archive transfers or non-delivery of download tokens). Subjective dissatisfaction or incompatibility with unverified third-party server wrappers does not constitute valid refund criteria.
3. Creator Bounty Hub Terms
Independent creators and modders utilizing our "Creator Bounty Hub" act as independent digital contractors. GTA6Scope operates strictly as an escrow matching conduit and takes zero liability for interpersonal disputes, delayed asset delivery schedules, or custom mod specifications negotiated between independent parties.
4. System Integrity & Acceptable Use
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following illicit activities:
- Decompiling, scraping, or launching automated API attacks against our active Sanity CMS CDN records or backend pricing routes.
- Uploading malicious executable code, unauthorized token scrapers, or illegal game ROM assets to our community bounty boards.
- Harassing verified modding creators or attempting to bypass payment gateways via fraudulent card chargebacks.
5. Account Termination & Modification
We reserve the absolute statutory right to suspend or permanently revoke account access for any individual found violating our licensing terms or acceptable use guidelines, without prior notice or financial liability.
